Ñoquis Day!

  • the 29th of each month is Ñoquis Day...this lady has some ideas why...so we participated
  • below are some pictures of the place (Raviolon: Peña and Bustamente; Recoleta) I bought the fresh pasta (from before) and the ñoquis:
hard at work
by night
sign in the window to remind you
fresh little gnocchi...yum yum!
can't get over it...
  • and here is the finished product:

tomato, zucchini, butter, onion, garlic, s&p,  parmesan, and a touch of cinnamon..mmmmm....
threw in  a side of broccoli, chicken, and that lump next to the chicken is a huge ñoquis
  • I think we'll make ñoquis day a new tradition in our home! You should too!
